ALCION Environment proposes to carry out feasibility studies for the realization and the setting-up of emissions reduction solutions in order to determine the bases of dimensioning and encryption.

These feasibility studies can be completed by APS/APD studies including :

• Process Audit: fabrication process study and the air treatment equipment currently in place (imposition, performances, matter balance, information collection of existing and historical)
• Technical economic survey -: search for solutions adapted by accounting for the site constraints and the processes, the available utilities, the current equipment, the available place, the flexibility, the performance limits
• Technical balance on the performances expected and economic in investment and exploitation, and suppliers selection
• PFS of the solution considered: matter balance, thermal and controls principles
• List of principal material and principal instrumentation
• PID of 1st generation
• Functional analyze
• Preliminary risks analyze
• Preliminary establishment
• Encryption of the principal equipment, civil engineering by consultations and principal tubing’s by coefficients: encryption of the installations at 10%
• The encryption of the exploitation costs
